About Our Products

Shyam Sneh currently offers food products, including spices and related grocery items.

As our products are derived from natural agricultural sources, minor variations in colour, aroma, texture, taste, packaging, and appearance may occur between batches. Such variations are natural and do not indicate a defect or quality issue.

Product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging and appearance may vary.

Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, ingredients, and other product information before purchase and consumption.

Ordering & Account Information

Customers may place orders either through a registered account or as a guest without creating an account.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. Shyam Sneh shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided during checkout.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or incomplete customer information.

Service Area & Delivery

At present, delivery services are available only within selected serviceable areas of Powayan, Uttar Pradesh.

Orders from locations outside our delivery coverage area cannot be processed at this time.

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery is typically completed within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Fast Delivery

Fast Delivery is available only for eligible orders placed between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM within our serviceable delivery area.

Eligible orders are typically delivered within 1 hour of order confirmation.

Orders placed outside Fast Delivery operating hours will be processed during the next available delivery window.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors such as weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, operational constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of food products, all sales are generally considered final.

Returns

We do not accept returns on delivered products.

Replacement or Refund Eligibility

A replacement or refund may be considered only if:

The product delivered is incorrect.
The product delivered is damaged.
The product is defective or unfit for consumption upon delivery.

All such requests are subject to verification by Shyam Sneh.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds or replacements will generally not be provided for:

Change of mind after purchase
Personal taste preferences
Minor natural variations in colour, texture, aroma, or appearance
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Failure to receive the order due to customer unavailability

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers. Shyam Sneh does not store sensitive payment credentials such as card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords.

In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund where applicable.
